  This is a very poor management company. They do not return phone calls and when you can finally get some one you can not get a straight answer and they only give lip service

  I'm a shareholder and also live in my co-op and have to say that Emilie at Young & Associates has been a pleasure to work with regarding any issues in my co-op community. So far, Young & Assoicates has been doing a terrific job in taking care of any issues regarding our community. We hope they keep up the good work in the future. I also wish to acknowledge our maintenance worker craig for doing such a great job on the property always working and taking care of the little things we need done. I would give 5 stars, but I had a not so good interaction with a specific person @ young & associates years ago who is still there and I will not elaborate any more on that issue. lol

  I have Been living in Avalon for close to two years now. The staff is very friendly and efficient! I mostly Deal with Natalie, Jonathan and Grace... and they are all nothing but nice and efficient! The building is always very clean and it’s convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs, a liquor store and a Dunkin’ Donuts! Doesn’t get any better.. recently I had an issue with my dishwasher because it was not washing the dishes well at all and you can tell it was outdated... Lucas and Adam helped me get a new one. It was ordered and installed very quickly and I am So happy.. because any Mom knows how important it is to have a working appliance! Maintenance team is really good! They are always accommodating and prompt! People that live here are families, single, couples, you name it. Everyone is very nice!
