  I have Been living in Avalon for close to two years now. The staff is very friendly and efficient! I mostly Deal with Natalie, Jonathan and Grace... and they are all nothing but nice and efficient! The building is always very clean and it’s convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs, a liquor store and a Dunkin’ Donuts! Doesn’t get any better.. recently I had an issue with my dishwasher because it was not washing the dishes well at all and you can tell it was outdated... Lucas and Adam helped me get a new one. It was ordered and installed very quickly and I am So happy.. because any Mom knows how important it is to have a working appliance! Maintenance team is really good! They are always accommodating and prompt! People that live here are families, single, couples, you name it. Everyone is very nice!
